Playniverse Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates Ocean Secrets and related game services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

11. Children's Privacy

Ocean Secrets is intended for a general audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. 12. Social Features and User-Generated Content

The current live version of the Service does not include player-to-player chat or clan chat features.

Your in-game nickname may be stored and used by the Service to personalize gameplay and identify your profile.

If we introduce social features, clans, chat, or other user-generated content features in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain or interact with third-party SDKs, services, platforms or links that are not operated by us.

If you use third-party services in connection with the Service, including platform services, authentication providers, analytics providers or app stores, your information may also be processed under those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.
